TPW Engineering Consultants Limited is a company incorporated in England under company number 4214935 whose registered office is Unit 69, Anderton Business Park, Daisy Bank Lane, Northwich, CW9 6FY

All goods and services provided by TPW Engineering Consultants Limited is subject to the terms and conditions set out below. By entering into a contract with TPW Engineering Consultants Limited, you show your agreement to them.

Changes

TPW Engineering Consultants Limited reserves the right to right to change these terms and conditions by posting these changes on it’s web site and on display at it’s premises. It is your responsibility to review these terms and conditions regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes. Your use of the web site or visit to the premises after any change will be deemed to signify your acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.

Disclaimers

Whilst TPW Engineering Consultants Limited takes great care in providing it’s goods and services, they are provided on an “as is” basis without any representation or endorsement being made and any warranty of any kind whether express or implied but not limited to, any warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy. To the extent permitted by law, all such terms and warranties are hereby excluded. In no event will TPW Engineering Consultants Limited be liable (whether in contract or tort (including negligence and breach of statutory duty) or otherwise) for any losses sustained and arising out of or in connection with the use of it’s services or this web site including, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill (directly or indirectly), nor any indirect, economic, consequential or special loss.

Any person that contracts or employs TPW Engineering Consultants Limited to undertake any work or provide any parts for high performance road or racing applications, does so on the understanding that no liability whatsoever will befall TPW Engineering Consultants Limited, and that no warranties expressed or implied will apply to parts or labour unless otherwise clearly stated.

Any person that contracts or employs TPW Engineering Consultants Limited to undertake any work or provide any parts for a standard road car will receive a warranty on goods and services for the period of 12 months or 12,000 miles (whichever occurs first), unless there is an alternative manufacturers warranty in place.

TPW Engineering Consultants Limited publishes it’s labour rates and charging menus on it’s web site.

TPW Engineering Consultants Limited reserves the right to retain any deposits paid for goods to be supplied or installed, and for work to be done at it’s premises or arranged site if no more than 2 working days notice of cancellation is provided.  In the circumstances that TPW Engineering Consultants Limited cancels an appointment, it will offer you suitable compensation.

TPW Engineering Consultants Limited retains the right to charge £25 plus vat per day for the storage of any car which remains uncollected after completion of the works.

TPW Engineering Consultants Limited retains the right to charge an interest of 3% above Libor on any outstanding or unpaid debts.

TPW Engineering Consultants Limited does not accept any responsibility for accidental damage to vehicles whilst in it’s care.

It is the responsibility of the owner to ensure that his vehicle is insured for theft whilst it is in the possession of TPW Engineering Consultants Limited.

If any of these terms and conditions should be deemed to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which such terms and conditions are intended to be effective, then to the extent of such illegality, invalidity or unenforceability, and in relation to such state or country.

Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude TPW Engineering Consultants Limited’s liability for death or personal injury resulting from TPW Engineering Consultants Limited’s negligence, or shall affect your statutory rights.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights whether registered or unregistered in any information, content, materials data or processes contained in or to this web site belong to TPW Engineering Consultants Limited or it’s licensed source. All rights TPW Engineering Consultants Limited in such intellectual property are reserved.

No part of the web site or publicity material may be reproduced in any material form (including storing it by any electronic medium) without the written permission of TPW Engineering Consultants Limited.

Returned Goods.

Returned goods must be authorised in advance by TPW Engineering Consultants Limited

No returns will be accepted later than 10 days after the shipping date.

Returned goods will be subject to a 20% restocking and handling charge.

Goods that have been supplied that were not originally in stock and were therefore specially ordered, are not returnable to TPW Engineering Consultants Limited.

Goods that are not in their original condition with undamaged packaging are not returnable to TPW Engineering Consultants Limited.

Jurisdiction and Law

It is intended that the information contained in this web site shall be used by residents of the UK. The information and other materials contained in this web site may not satisfy the laws of any other country and those who choose to access this site from any other locations are responsible for the compliance with local laws and if and to the extent that local laws are applicable. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UK. Disputes arising in relation to the same shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UK.
